One night is nonrefundable for direct bookings on this website (the blue link above). We'll refund any additional nights up to 48 hours before noon CST on the day of arrival, and any remaining nights will be refunded to your card. Booking directly on our website will capture your payment in full for your stay.

For group bookings of 4 or more rooms, we require one-night non-refundable deposit per room to block rooms. Your organizer can hold that on their card, and we can switch out cards when you arrive.

DISCLAIMER:

Big Bend Biker Hotel is the ultimate adult playground! Lofts are located above a bar/restaurant/live music venue. While this feature is exactly why most of our guests book, it may not appeal to everyone. We try to end live music by midnight, and will gift tickets to any special events to our guests, but may pipe music into the bar until 2:00 in the morning. Be prepared for the potential for noise, either from music or motorcycles.
